The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the primary objective of the role is to manage their Accounts Receivable functions and as such your primary responsibilities will include:

Processing invoices

Processing remittances and banking
-
Maintaining debtors ledger
-
Reconcile and print statements
-
Minimize debtor days according to credit terms

Processing credit adjustments
In addition to the accounts receivable function, your secondary responsibilities will include:

General reception duties including incoming calls
-
Face to face customer enquiries
-
Collection and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
-
Payroll functions including processing time sheets, superannuation and salary sacrifice reconciliation
And You
To be successful in securing this role you will also have a great phone manner, positive outlook and experience with Account Receivable processing. You will have excellent MS Office skills, good attention to detail and be able to work in a small team.
