Based in Fremantle until June and then moving to Booragoon (and very close to transport facilities). My reputable client has a very rare opportunity to join their friendly and supportive team.The client provides outsourced accounting and business management solutions to a wide range of clients. This existing role is diverse with more than 50 different organizations within the client base.The successful applicant will report to the Senior Management Accountant and Chief Financial Officer.As part of the role you will have responsibilities in:

  • Collection and collating information from clients
  • Matching and verifying information
  • Analysis of source documents.
  • General Ledger Coding
  • Data processing
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Maintenance of recordsEssential criteria for this role:
  • Experience in cashbook processing. (Min 2)
  • Sound Knowledge of accounting principle and practices
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Eye for Detail
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Accurate alpha-numeric data entry skillsDesirable Criteria for this role:
  • Knowledge of Greentree accounting software is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
