In this busy role you will hold a variety of responsibilities:

Inspire a small team to achieve their targets and goals

Business development to grow our client base

Building strong relationships with existing clients

Liaising with clients regarding position requirements

Writing advertisements and marketing positions

Interviewing and sourcing candidates

Administering testing and completing references

Visiting candidates once placed in positions

To be successful in this role you will need to be determined, people focused and looking to develop a team and achieve results. Whether you are an Accounting or Finance expert, or have a strong background in any of our seven divisions will also be highly regarded along with previous recruitment management experience.
