Role
Reporting to theGroup Finance Manageryour key responsibility will be to provide both financial and commercial support for your division.This will include producing andinterpreting the numbersthen acting on them. Cost and project accounting will be a key part of this. You will also drive process improvements and ad hoc projects.

Person
Ideally you will be CA or CPA qualified with background that combines technical and commercial/projectaccounting.You will havea highly innovative approach and strong commercial acumen.The ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with people at all levels including non-financewill be essential. Change management and the ability to push backwillalso be key toyoursuccess.Experience in mining, would be a definite advantage; otherwise manufacturing or engineering experience is required.
