hansen is an award winning consultancy offering expertise in urban planning, urban design and landscape architecture. We are located in a fresh and vibrant office in the Melbourne CBD.
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our growing Admin Team. You will report to the Accounts Manager and your responsibilities will include:
- Accounts Receivable, including; collection of outstanding debts, answering debtor queries, amending invoices and updating the system with debtor updates, following up signed TOEs, reconciling MYOB and QuickBooks system for debtor payments, helping with invoicing on an as-needs basis.
- Ad-hoc duties as required to assist Accounts Manager; and
- Act as back-up for monthly payroll and management reporting.
Your background will include:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in accounting or commerce;
- Proven experience as an accounts receivable officer;
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Great knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel) and experience with MYOB and/or QuickBooks; and
- You will need to be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
