Stellar Recruitment is a successful company that recruits for the Resources and Infrastructure sectors throughout the Australian and overseas markets. As a result of growth we seek a dedicated Accounts and Payroll Manager to join our Brisbane office to provide leadership as the senior financial person in our growing accounts team.

This role involves, but is not limited to, the following:
  • Management and coaching of the Accounts team
  • Oversee the weekly and monthly payroll for internal and on hire staff
  • Management of the Accounts Receivable function
  • Data manipulation and reporting
  • MYOB accounting
To be successful in this role, applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Knowledge and experience of full function payroll and payroll practices
  • Knowledge and experience of full function accounts receivable
  • Minimum 3 years experience in payroll management/ leadership
  • Previous experience with MYOB
  • Previous experience supervising a team
  • A high level of capability in using the Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • A positive work ethic with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • A high level of attention to detail
