Commercial Litigator- 4-6 years + Job at Hays Legal, Perth
This progressive and highly successful boutique firm has a strong presence in its chosen area of operation. Due to a recent restructure, the firm is currently seeking a mid-senior level lawyer to join this leading team.
As a commercial litigator, you will have gained broad experience working with a top-tier or quality boutique firm and in recent years will have refined your skills to commercial litigation, with a corporate focus and/or insolvency and banking and finance litigation. Recent local experience in the Perth market is essential. You will require a minimum of 4 years post qualification experience, with the desire and hunger to step up to Senior Associate level in the very near future.
You will require a high level of confidence in your dealings with clients and having direct client contact, will need to be a good problem solver, have the ability to manage client expectations and meet strict deadlines. You will work on matters that are extremely complex in nature, will have access to state of the art resources, technology and mentoring and will be given every opportunity to develop professionally.
