Your responsibilities include
- Monthly reporting and budget management
- Accurate and on time statutory reporting
- Prepare cash flow forecasts
- Managing the accounts receivable & accounts payable
- Reviewing and updating policies and procedures
- Managing the day-to-day administration function of the business
- Provision of ad-hoc reports to support business improvements

To be successful you will need to have
- Diploma level in Accounting or greater
- Experience in an accounting and administrative environment
- Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Self motivated, demonstrated initiative and flexibility
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
Desirable skills you could have…
- Supervision of payroll and administration functions
- Demonstrated ability in implementing systems, processes and procedures
