WorkFocus Australia, administrator of the National Disability Recruitment Coordinator (NDRC) Service is now recruiting for an Account Manager/Placement Broker in Adelaide to broker employment opportunities for people with disability with large employers

What the Job involves
Being the point of contact for large employers to discuss the recruitment of people with disability, develop formal arrangements (Memoranda of Understanding MOUs) that commit us to work together to increase the employment of people with disability.
Developing recruitment and employment practices for large employers that support the employment of people with disability, support the achievement of employment targets and provide information about other Australian Government programs that may assist with the employment of people with disability.
Providing large employers with;
-Brokerage services – acting as the conduit between the employer and Disability Employment Services nationally to ensure suitable candidates sourced from Disability Employment Services,
-Disability awareness training and other support services.
- Facilitating relationships between large employers and Disability Employment Services to implement strategies for recruiting and maintaining the employment of people with disability.
- Encouraging employers to create vacancies for Disability Employment Services participants.
You will succeed in this role if you have:
- Demonstrated experience in the Disability Employment Services arena
- Demonstrated high level communication skills both verbal and written, time management and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop successful relationships with large employers.
- Ability to motivate self and others to achieve goals.
- Successfully demonstrated our Success Profile of being dedicated, flexible, approachable, professional, supportive and sociable.
- Hold a current National Police Clearance.
