We are seeking anInventory Controllerto join a world leading manufacturer with bases in Europe, Korea, the USA, China, Brazil, Canada, Japan, Mexico, Australia and more. Their excellence in customer service and knowing their client’s needs is the backbone to their business.

You willbe responsible for the management and reporting of the inventory stored within the respective warehouse facility and ensure the accuracy of information recorded/processed in the Warehouse Management System, including coordination and submission of cycle counts and KPI’s.

As the successful candidate you will have the following;

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the area of Inventory Control and Warehousing as an Inventory Controller or an equivalent position.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word & Excel skills are essential.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.

It would be considered an advantage to have a sound knowledge of warehouse practices and routines.

The Position

  • Conducting cycle counts.
  • Stock control.
  • Stocktake.
  • Monitoring receivals.
  • Creating and producing reports.
  • Data analysis.
  • Inventory management.
  • Placing purchase orders.
  • Cost cutting.

The Requirements

  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with SAP preferred but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proven stock control experience.
  • Flexible attitude.
  • Excellent organisation and ability to prioritise.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.
